If you have any questions regarding the contract – get in touch with us, we’ll be happy to help!

You need to be ready to set up an automatic instruction for your rent – we won’t take any rent from you when you book, but we will need to set up an automatic instruction, usually a Direct Debit or Continuous Card Recurring Authority (CCRA), for your future rent instalments.

If you’re using someone else’s card, they’ll need to give their permission for you to use it – make sure you ask the card holder if you are using their details to pay a deposit, or for rent. I prefer cash

We have the right to recover any outstanding monies from your guarantor so it is important that your guarantor understands their liability.
